History

Atlantic Securities Ltd was formed in Cyprus in April 2001 as a private limited liability company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law Cap.113 (Registration no.Ξ—Ξ•119857). It commenced operations in August 2001.

It is a subsidiary company of Atlantic Insurance Co. Public Ltd, a public company listed on the Cyprus stock exchange.

It is a holder of a licence for the provision of investment and ancillary services (no. 005/03) issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.

It is a member of the Cyprus Stock Exchange since August 2001 and a remote member of the Athens Exchange since September 2006.

The company is licenced (no. 005/03) by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to provide the following services:

1. Reception and transmission of orders

2. Execution of orders on behalf of clients

3. Portfolio management

4. Investment advice

Ancillary services

1. Granting of credits or loans to clients for transactions purposes

2. Foreign exchange services where these are connected to the provision of investment services
